Important: All trade stands must be booked and paid for in advance. This form is not for catering registration — please complete this form if you wish to register for a catering pitch.

Please ensure you purchase a pitch large enough to accommodate your vehicles, storage, and tow bars. All pitches have a fixed depth of 9 metres.
One pass admits two people.
You must specify the number of passes required.
Pricing

Payment for trade stands must be completed before the show day. Upon receipt of your registration form, our treasurer will contact you to provide a proforma invoice and arrange payment.

  • £8 per metre of frontage (minimum 4m, maximum 20m)
  • All pitches have a fixed depth of 9 metres
Conditions of Entry
  1. Trade Stands must be reserved and paid for in advance. We cannot allocate space on the day of the rally.
  2. One Pass Admits Two People Only, any more than this will be charged a standard entry fee.
  3. All traders will be under the direction of the show stewards, specifically the section leader for their section during the show.
  4. You are allocated a Trade Stand only, so you will need to provide all of your own display equipment. Please note the MWVMC Rally Guidance and Regulations and in particular regulations 47, 48, 49 and 50.
  5. Trade Stand set up can be on Sunday the 25th May between 12:00 and 18:00 or between 06:00 and 09:00 on Monday the 26th May. Trade stand tear down must be between 17:00 and 19:00 on Monday 26th May. Access to the Rally field on Tuesday, 27th May, will only be permitted with prior written permission from the Rally Secretary.
  6. We will do our best to ensure that you allocated a good location with prime footfall past your stand to ensure that you get the most from your attendance.
  7. Please adhere to our showground rules, to ensure the day is safe, fun and enjoyable for everyone.
  8. Mid-Wales Vintage Machinery Club Ltd reserve the right to reject any application for Trade Stand space without explanation.
