Craft Tent Stall Registration

If you're interested in hosting a charity stall, please click here to apply. We welcome charity stalls at no cost; however, we can only offer outside pitches. Additionally, please note that charity stalls are required to provide all necessary display equipment, including tables and gazebo.

This year, we are excited to introduce a refreshed and more immersive experience in our Craft Tent. Our aim is to showcase the skills, creativity, and passion of individual makers, with a focus on crafts created by the person exhibiting them. Where possible, we also hope to include live demonstrations, allowing visitors to engage with the craft process and enjoy a richer, more interactive experience.

Craft Stall Pricing

Payment for craft stalls must be completed before the show day. Upon receipt of your registration form, our treasurer will contact you to provide a proforma invoice and arrange payment.

  1. £25 - One Table
  2. £50 - Two Tables
  3. £10 - Additional fee for electricity

Conditions of Entry

  1. Craft stalls must be reserved and paid for in advance. We cannot allocate space on the day of the rally.
  2. One Pass Admits Two People Only, any more than this will be charged a standard entry fee.
  3. All demonstrators will be under the direction of the show stewards, specifically the section leader for their section during the show.
  4. Please read the MWVMC Rally Guidance and Regulations and in particular regulations 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55.
  5. Craft stalls must arrive between 6:00am and 9:00am on Monday 26th May and must stay for the duration of the show to prevent unnecessary show traffic. Craft stall tear down must be between 17:00 and 19:00 on Monday 26th May. Access to the Rally field on Tuesday, 27th May, will only be permitted with prior written permission from the Rally Secretary.
  6. Please adhere to our showground rules while exhibiting with us, to ensure the day is safe, fun and enjoyable for everyone.
